Creating and implementing the campus recruitment plan.

Building and maintaining partnerships with study associations, colleges, and universities.

Connecting Young Talent to our brand, with a focus on Marketing, Technology, and Data.

Managing the event calendar and ensuring high visibility at recruitment events, collaborating closely with current trainees.

Sourcing and selecting new trainees for our programs.

Designing selection games, challenges, and hackathons in collaboration with the business departments.

Supporting the wider recruitment team within a close-knit HR group consisting of 10 professionals.

Your Talent

A completed HBO or WO (Bachelor/Master) degree.

At least 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably within a complex organization.

Student life experience: You were active in a student association, ensuring you speak the same language as our target group. Previous experience as a Campus Recruiter is a major plus.

Fluency in Dutch and English (written and verbal).

DNA for organizing: You are energetic, proactive, and strong in stakeholder management. You are a creative planner who stays close to the student community.
Your Score (Terms of Employment)
As a Campus Recruiter, you will be employed by EN HR Solutions but will work exclusively for and at Nederlandse Loterij.

Development Budget: Up to €2,000 annually to invest in your personal growth.

On-site Gym: Unlimited use of our gym and access to our personal trainer.

Vacation: 30 days of leave (full-time), a €1,000 flexible budget, and 8% holiday allowance.
