Technical SEO Specialist

Do you have a sharp analytical mind and a passion for technology? As a Technical SEO Specialist, you will work with an experienced team to improve the organic performance of leading brands like EasyToys and Amorelie. You will dive deep into HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SEO tools to optimize websites for both search engines and AI. In this progressive, international team, you’ll have plenty of room to develop yourself and contribute to innovative, data-driven growth.

What will you do?

You will play a vital role within our performance marketing team, collaborating with a group of six experienced SEO specialists (3 experts, 2 mediors, and 1 junior). You will work across various EQOM Group brands in Europe, including EasyToys, Kondomeriet, and Amorelie.

We love staying ahead with AI innovations to make our work more effective. You will be part of an international environment, frequently communicating with colleagues in Germany, Norway, and France.

• Analyze search behavior and trends to anticipate target group needs.

• Set up and manage SEO strategies, including organic shopping, content optimization, and landing pages.

• Implement AI solutions to improve SEO processes and efficiency.

• Monitor technical health, ensuring crawlers can index our sites perfectly.

• Identify growth opportunities and bring new ideas to the table to elevate our performance.

Who are you?

Your analytical mindset helps you interpret data and pinpoint technical issues. You have the communication skills to translate complex advice into clear reports for developers and marketers.

• Analytic & Structured: You love data and order.

• Forward-thinking: You follow the latest developments in AI and search.

• Communicative: You are fluent in Dutch and English (written and verbal).

• Creative: You think out-of-the-box to find unique solutions.

What do we ask?

• At least two years of solid SEO experience.

• Proven experience implementing SEO solutions in mid-sized to large organizations.

•  

• Proficiency with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and server-side techniques.

• Understanding of how search engines, crawlers, and LLMs (AI) function.

• Expertise in tools: Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, Bing Webmaster Tools, Google Organic Shopping, and Google Analytics.

• High proficiency in Excel for deep SEO analysis.

• Bonus: If you manage your own SEO-optimized website, that’s a huge plus!
