You will build a solid foundation in data & analytics, with plenty of practical experience and guidance. What is the Cmotions Talent Program?

The Cmotions Talent Program is an intensive and educational program that helps you build your foundation in data and immediately learn to apply it to real cases. You will work on the skills you need to make a difference for clients , both on a technical and personal level.

What does the program look like?

In a minimum of 7 weeks, you will be trained to become a true data & analytics specialist. You start with onboarding and learn the basics of consultancy and data: from collaborating with stakeholders to building analyses within “Data Analytics”, part 1 of the training.

Want to keep learning? You can! Choose "Engineering" – part 2 – and extend your training by 3 additional weeks (up to a maximum of 10 weeks in total). You will then learn to work with techniques like Python and cloud technology, for example, and you will learn how to create predictive models for use with AI.

After completing the theory, you will start your first (client) assignment as a data analyst, data engineer, or perhaps even as a data scientist.

Who is this for?

This program is for you if you have (recently) graduated at the HBO (University of Applied Sciences) or WO (Research University) level, preferably with a background in Business IT & Management or Informatics/Computer Science. You are attracted to data and technology and get energy from challenging issues where business, people, and data converge.

Overview at a glance

• Start: September 2026 and February 2027
• Salary: € 3,000 based on 40 hours + up to a € 300 increase after 10 weeks (ask for terms and conditions)
• Contract: Minimum half-year contract, 40 hours per week
• Location: Training in Utrecht and/or Breda, then working on-site at a client
• Training: Minimum of 7 weeks (Data & Analytics) and a maximum of 10 weeks if you choose the additional “Engineering” module
• Mobility: Business travel with a public transport (OV) card, allowing you to travel to and from the office hassle-free.
• Equipment: Company laptop
• Allowance: BYOD allowance of € 25 net per month
