Join us for an afternoon of relaxation and rejuvenation with MARUG's yoga activity! Take a break from your busy schedule and unwind with our yoga session on May 4th.
Our yoga activity will take place from 3:45 PM to 5:00 PM and is open to all MARUG members. We'll begin with a short warm-up, followed by a series of yoga poses and stretches designed to help you release tension and improve flexibility. Our experienced instructor will guide you through each pose, ensuring that you get the most out of your practice.
The activity will be held in Yogastudio YORAH (Radebinnensingel 9). Please make sure to arrive on time at 3:45 PM so that we can start promptly. Don't forget to bring your yoga mat and comfortable clothing!
